Saffron Basmati Rice

This receipt helps prevent virus disease.

Eat Saffron Basmati rice with nuts and seeds in the ratio of 3:1:1:1, blanched almonds(3), watermelon seeds(1), zucchini seeds(1) and pumpkin seeds(1).

Blanched almond: Soak the almonds in tap water overnight and remove the skin in the morning. Chop them in small pieces.

Saffron Basmati rice: For 1 pound of rice use 1 ounce of Saffron. Soak the Saffron in milk at night and add the milk and the saffron in the morning when the rice is half way cooked. 

Add the seeds and almonds and eat a nice bowl. Chew well.
