Yoga and calligraphy
Experience light and prana through Chinese calligraphy this winter solstice! This workshop utilizes the ancient art form of Chinese calligraphy as a therapeutic tool to achieve mind and body relaxation. Previous experience is not required.

workshop Supply list
Calligraphy brush set, ink, framed Xuan calligraphy paper, felt desk pad to prevent seepage(optional), a small dish for the ink and a glass of water to rinse your brush.
About Danielle
As a visual artist who was born in Beijing, China, Danielle enjoys teaching Chinese ink painting and calligraph writing as a part of her creative lifestyle. Danielle practices Kundalini yoga a few times a week and enjoys the connection between yoga and art through the flow of prana!
