Fall Diet To Improve Health

This was the first kundalini yoga diet Yogi Bhajan introduced in America back in 1969.

Eat a special diet of only organic fruits, nuts and vegetables for 30 days, cooked or raw. This diet is used in India when the body is wearing out. It cleanses the system and revitalizes the body. You may feel weak in the first few days, but gradually regaining your strength as your body feels much lighter and you become happier. End the diet with milk products after 30 days.
